About Whitewater Bakery
Our Story
Whitewater Bakery is a family-owned business located between the trees of Rogue River, Oregon. A tiny bakery brought back to life in 2007, Tina Runyan took over this small-town corner shop and turned it into the bakery of her dreams. Opened to the public, and with the help and support of her family, Whitewater Bakery had become a local favorite throughout the years; a comfortable space for morning regulars, students after school spot to indulge with their friends, and a one-of-a-kind Rogue Valley wedding connection. In 2010, Whitewater Bakery closed their shop doors for good and chose to become an in-home bakery, continuing to go strong throughout the years. Due to genuine devotion and non-stop love for baking, Whitewater Bakery continues to not only thrive in the wedding scene but has made multiple cakes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. From 2021-2023, Whitewater Bakery was elected Home-Based Business of the Year by the Rogue River Chamber of Commerce. They've been featured in the Rogue River Press, as well as the Grants Pass Courier, and you'll always see them make appearances at your local small-town events/farmers' markets.
Our Team
Since 2010, Whitewater Bakery has been run by the mother and daughter-in-law duo Tina Runyan (owner and head baker) and Christina Brownlow (head decorator). Due to generations of family baking recipes and a knack for decorating, flour, sugar, eggs, and butter have become more like home to them than anything else.
Our Products
Offering a wide variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, pies, and more. Our products are made with not only love but with some of the freshest ingredients the Rogue Valley has to offer; bought locally and/or homegrown from our very own backyard.
